According to our resident monitor guru Michael, the foldover image you are getting at the bottom of the screen is usually caused by some bad caps. You might try installing a whole new cap kit on this monitor. The distorted text on the bios screen is pretty common as the resolution on that screen might not be compatible with your monitor. See if it looks any better when you boot into your main operating system. I’m not sure about your flicker problem but I’ll run it buy Tim and Michael and see what they think. Hope that helps.
