From your description, it sounds like a board issue or monitor hold issue. It also could be a humbar issue similar to what we see in Pac Man cabinet. You could try making some monitor adjustments and see if that helps. Other than that, we would really like to see a photo or video of the issue so we can get a better idea of exactly what is going on.
